Initial Registration Process

Candidates must apply online through the ‘Careers’ page of Federal Bank’s website. Completing the registration process and paying the application fee (₹350 + GST) within the stipulated time is mandatory for participation in the selection process. Please note that payment of the application fee does not guarantee selection or employment. Once submitted, application cannot be withdrawn, and the paid application fee is non-refundable.

 
Centre Based Aptitude Test
The Aptitude Test will be followed by a Behavioural Assessment for a maximum duration of 15 minutes.
Detailed Registration Process

Personal Interview

Candidates who successfully completes the detailed registration within the specified timeline will be invited for a Personal Interview conducted by Federal Bank. The interview will be held at a designated location, which will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates in advance.

 
Offer Letter

Candidates who clear the Personal Interview successfully will receive an offer letter from Federal Bank, detailing the terms and conditions of employment.

 
Onboarding & Training

Onboarding of the shortlisted candidates will be subject to verification of certificates and completion of all other formalities to the complete satisfaction of the Bank. Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program at Manipal Academy of BFSI, Bangalore. This training will equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge required for the role of Associate Officer (Sales).

 
 
Join Federal Bank

After successfully completing the two week training program, candidates will join Federal Bank as Associate Officer (Sales) as per the details mentioned in their offer letter.
